AKA Celebrates 100 Years

The President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority donated $1M to Howard University in honor of the organization's 100-year anniversary. HU served as the home for the sorority's founding chapter, which started Jan. 15, 1908. The contribution was intended to help preserve AKA heritage and history on campus and beyond.
