After being frustrated by the designs for women by Phat Farm, Kimora Lee Simmons launched Baby Phat in 1999. The new fashion line hosted its first show in 2000. From its launch, the clothing line quickly gained popularity. Featuring celebrity endorsements from artists like Rihanna, Kim K, Britney Spears and more. Clothes from the fashion line were a must have in the 2000s.
