California Bans Gas Cars

Lawmakers in California voted on a historic plan to ban the sale of all gas-powered cars by the year 2035. The policy was designed to address the current climate crisis and decrease the amount of pollution released into the environment. Automakers will now be responsible for producing more clean vehicles, but drivers will still be permitted to own and operate conventional vehicles.
