Daunte Wright Is Murdered

The Brooklyn Center Police Chief stated that Daunte Wright, 20, was pulled over for an expired registration. However, others believe he was targeted due to having an air freshener hanging from his mirror, which is prohibited by Minnesota law. A few minutes after the stop, Officer Kimberly Ann Porter fired a shot at Daunte, killing him. After the situation, the police made a statement that the officer had mistaken her gun for her taser.
