Fidel Castro Bans American Dollar

Cuba's President, Fidel Castro announced that using the American Dollar would be banned by November 8th. Castro blamed his decision on the US administration of George Bush. While it wasn't illegal to hold dollars, there was a 10% commission fee charged for usage.
