
Flight 129 Crashes
Air China Flight 129 was a scheduled passenger flight from Beijing to Busan. During heavy rain and fog, the plane crashed into a hill, killing 129 of the 166 people on board. The final report revealed that the crash was a result of pilot error, as the crew was flying below the minimum safe altitude. The crash became the deadliest aviation accident in South Korea.
