Medical Marijuana Is Banned

In the case of Gonzales V. Raich, the United States Supreme Court voted to ban medical marijuana. Particularly the ban on growing marijuana for medical use. The decision by the Federal Government negated California's Proposition 215, which legalized the use of medical marijuana.
