Missy Elliott Is Honored At Home

The hip-hop queen herself returned to her hometown of Portsmouth, Virginia for the dedication of "Missy Elliott Boulevard." The city's mayor granted her the key to the city in honor of her service to the town and her career accomplishments. Tons of people came out to celebrate the legend and give her her flowers.
