Quinta Brunson Makes Emmy History

Quinta Brunson becomes the first Black woman to receive three comedy Emmy nominations in the same year. Her hit TV series, "Abbott Elementary," became ABC's highest ranking comedy after it first aired in December 2021. With the accomplishment, Brunson also became the youngest Black woman to ever be nominated in the comedy acting category.
