Save The Last Dance

Julia Stiles and Sean Patrick Thomas portray an interracial couple in Chicago who work together to help Stiles' character prepare for a Juilliard dance audition. Both actors won several awards at the 2001 MTV Movie Awards for their performances. Save the Last Dance reached number 1 at the box office during its opening weekend and its soundtrack was a huge success too, peaking at number 3 on the Billboard 200.
