The First Korean-Nigerian Model

At the age of 16, Han Hyun-min becomes the first Korean model of African descent to walk the catwalks in South Korea and abroad. Because of his distinct look, he faces a lot of discrimination at home. Other Koreans assume he is a foreigner and are biased towards him because of it. Born to a Nigerian father and Korean mother, Han has only ever lived in South Korea and only speaks the Korean language.
