The Song Of The Year

The Black Eyed Peas release "Boom Boom Pow," which ends up becoming the No. 1 song of 2009. It was the lead single from the group's fifth studio album, The E.N.D. The song's beat is influenced by 1980s electro song "Planet Rock" and attempts futuristic musical elements mostly seen in underground clubs.
