The Tampa Bay Lightning Strikes

The 2004 Stanley Cup Finals featured the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Calgary Flames. It was Tampa Bay's first-ever appearance in the finals and they came out with the victory, defeating the Flames 2-1 to win the entire series. This was the last Stanley Cup played for two years, as the 2004-05 NHL Lockout began three months later.
