Bethany Hamilton Is Bitten By A Shark

At the age of 13, professional surfer Bethany Hamilton lost her arm in a shark attack. Hamilton was attacked by a 13-foot long tiger shark. Just 26 days after her attack, Hamilton returned to surfing. She entered her first competition on January 10th, 2004.
