
HIV TravelBan Lifted
The CDC removed HIV from its list of communicable diseases of public health significance. As a result, non-US citizens living with HIV are now able to come to the country. Before the rule, people were inadmissible based solely on the ground that they were living with HIV and were required to undergo testing.
