Mumbai, India Comes To A Complete Standstill

On July 26th, the city of Mumbai came to a complete standstill due to flooding. The flooding was caused by 37.17 inches of rainfall in 24 hours. It resulted in 1,094 people dying and took place one month after the June 2005 Gujurat floods. The flooding also cost $100 million in damage.
